COURSE STRUCTURE

The PADI Open Water Diver course combines knowledge development, confined water training, and open water dives. Each phase builds on the previous one, allowing you to develop the skills and confidence needed to dive safely and independently with a buddy.
Course Preparation
Complete the PADI eLearning program at your own pace to learn the fundamental principles of scuba diving, dive planning, equipment use, safety procedures, and the underwater environment.
Confined Water Sessions
Practice and master essential scuba skills in confined water under the direct supervision of your instructor. These sessions allow you to build comfort and confidence before entering open water.
Open Water Dives
Apply the skills and knowledge developed throughout the course during your open water dives. You'll demonstrate key scuba skills, gain real diving experience, and complete the requirements for certification.

Includes all Standard inclusions plus a Dive Against Debris or Shark and Ray Conservation experience, introducing real-world marine conservation practices.
